                                       ORDER

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement filed by the 2nd respondent does not appear to be fully correct. It is pointed out that in paragraph 3, it is stated that the petitioner had applied for a copy of the judgment in LAR 200/2009 only on 27.05.2014, which according to the counsel for the petitioner is a mistake since the petitioner had applied for a copy on 12.11.2013 which fact has already been stated in paragraph 5 of the writ petition. Counsel also placed before me the endorsement regarding the date of application and the submission of stamp papers in the judgment. The Government Pleader to verify the above fact and make submissions.
