THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(C) NO. 25627 OF 2022

                               JUDGMENT

Amidst the various assertions, allegations, averments made and urged in this writ petition, the petitioner only seeks that Exts.P2 and P4 representations preferred by him, be directed to be considered by the Controller of Examinations of the Mahatama Gandhi University (M.G.University), within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Sri.Surin George Ipe - learned Standing Counsel for the M.G. University responded to the afore request of the petitioner, as made by his learned counsel -Sri.Syam J. Sam, saying that there does not appear to be any legal impediment in considering Exts.P2 and P4 representations; but prayed that this Court may not make any affirmative declarations in favour of the petitioner and leave it to the competent Authority to take a decision as per law.

Resultantly, I allow this writ petition, directing the Controller of Examinations of the M.G.University to take up Exts.P2 and P4 and dispose of the same, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard; thus culminating in an appropriate order and necessary action thereon, as expeditiously as is possible but not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

In order to obtain an expeditious compliance of the afore directions, I direct the petitioner to mark appearance before the said Authority at 11.00 am on 17.08.2022.
