                                     ORDER

The counsel for the Review Petitioner submits that pursuant to the judgment which is sought to be reviewed, the Panchayat has already extended the permit which was granted to the writ petitioner and the Review Petition may be closed without prejudice to his right to challenge the permit now issued.

In the above circumstances, the Review Petition is closed without prejudice to the right, if any, of the Review Petitioner to challenge the extension granted to the building permit. It is made clear that this Court is not making any observation on the merits of the contentions raised by the Review Petitioner.
