        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation of Exhibit P6 order passed in I.A 2020/2019 in O.S
   No.610/2016 of the Additional Munsiff -II, Kozhikode dated 14-10-2019 as
   confirmed in Exhibit P7 judgment passed in C.M.A No.5 of 2020 of the II -
   Additional District Judge, Kozhikode dated 16.09.2020, pending disposal of
   the Original Petition (Civil).

        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
   order dated 03.02.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
