Op (family court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
pleased to direct the Family Court, Chavara to dispose off and pass orders
expeditiously in EP No.41/2019 in OP No.728/2007 pending before the Family
Court at Chavara, within a time frame, pending disposal of the above
Original Petition (Family Court).
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and upon hearing the arguments
of M/S.ABRAHAM SAMSON & LOVELY SAMSON, Advocates for the petitioner, the
court passed the following:
ORDER
The Registrar (District Judiciary) is directed to call for a report from the Family Court, Chavara, to ascertain the present position and time period required to dispose of EP No.41/2019 in OP No.728/2007. The petitioner shall also serve a copy of the original petition on the respondents before the Family Court and file a memo to the effect.
