        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to continue
   in service as Technical Assistant at Malayinkeezhu Grama Panchayath and to
   stay all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P5, pending final disposal of
   the above Original Petition.

        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S. VISHNU BHUVANENDRAN, B.ANUSREE, & RESHMA UNNIKRISHNAN Advocates for
   the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the respondents 1 & 2, the
   court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

Admit.

The learned Government pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and

2. issue notice by speed post to respondent No.3.

In view of Ext.P6 order of this Court, there shall be an interim stay as prayed for, for a period of one month.
