          STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED BY THE SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE,
          NJARAKKAL POLICE STATION AS PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF KERALA,

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence and fine passed against the
   petitioner by the Court of the Fast Track Special Judge, Aluva in
   S.C.No.197/2019 by its judgment dated 01/04/2022 for the disposal of the
   appeal.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of P.T.JOSE, Advocate for the petitioner
   and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the
   following:

                                             ORDER

Execution of sentence shall stand suspended on condition of the appellant executing a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with 2 solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court and depositing the fine amount within one month.
