        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to allow the
   petitioner to remit the balance amount payable towards 2nd installment
   fallen due on 21.04.2022 in an extended period of 2 months time, in the
   interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's judgment dated
   21.02.2022, and upon hearing the arguments of SMT. E.V.MOLY, Advocate for
   the petitioner in IA/ WP(C) and of SRI. JITHESH MENON, STANDING COUNSEL
   for respondent in IA/WP(C), the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

This is an application seeking extension of time. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel.

Having regard to the facts of the case, the above I.A. is allowed.
