JUDGMENT
The petitioner, claiming to be the President of Priyadarshini Co-operative Hospital, has filed a representation before the 1 st respondent for lifting an order passed, if any, by the 1 st respondent on 15.09.2015, directing the 3 rd respondent for withdrawing the funds maintained in the account in the name of Priyadarshini Co-operative Hospital, Kecheri Branch of Kerala Bank. The petitioner complains that the said representation has not been considered and seeks for a direction to the 1 st respondent to consider the same.
I find the request of the petitioner be reasonable. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, I direct the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation within a period of one month from today, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other affected/interested parties, if any.
Writ petition is disposed as above.
