                                   JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator having regular permit to operate on the route Thrissur-Thalassery. He had submitted Ext.P3 for grant of replacement of the existing leased vehicle with the petitioner's own vehicle having more seating capacity.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned senior Government Pleader.

3. Without expressing anything on the merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing to the respondents to consider Ext.P3 on its merits and on putting on notice the affected/interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed as above.
