                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose Ext.P5, a revision petition claiming, inter alia, to approve the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 19.07.2021, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a time frame.

2. After hearing the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the pendency of the revision petition, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on Ext.P5 revision petition on the basis of Ext.P4 and also taking into account the educations qualifications of the petitioner, within a period of three months from today WP(C) No.9460 of 2022 ..4..

after hearing the petitioner and other affected parties, if any. The petitioner will be free to produce Ext.P4 or any other material, which she relies on, for substantiating her contentions. Needless to say that the 2nd respondent will advert to such contentions, while considering the revision. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
