JUDGMENT
The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5, an application to restore the licenses to the petitioners forthwith without conducting the resale of the toddy shops, within a time frame.
2. Having considered the submissions of the counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents, I am of the opinion that this writ petition itself can be disposed of with a direction.
3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 before the scheduling of resale, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, either through physical or online WP(C) No.14308/2022 ..3..
