Dated this the 29th day of April, 2022

                                JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking a predilection to the first respondent to grant permission and approval to continue the restoration work of Ezhalichira Project, which according to the petitioner was stopped on the basis of an oral direction, against which Ext.P4 representation has been preferred before the District Collector-first respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to consider the same within a time limit.

2. After hearing the learned counsel on either side, I find the request of the petitioner to be reasonable.

3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the first respondent-District Collector to take up Ext.P4 and consider the same in accordance with law, after hearing, either physically or an online mode, the petitioner and any affected parties, if any, within a period of two weeks.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
