                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner seeking temporary permit in respect of stage carriage, bearing Reg.No.KL-13/V 8065, on the route Thrissur - Kozhikode, within a time frame.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two weeks from the date of WP(C) No.14995 of 2022 ..3..

receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing, either physical or online, to the petitioner and affected parties, if any.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
