                                 JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose Ext.P2, an application seeking one time settlement to clear off the loan, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a time frame.

2. After hearing the learned counsel on either side, I am of the opinion that this writ petition itself can be disposed of with a direction.

3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on Ext.P2, within a period of two weeks from today after hearing the petitioner, either through physical or online mode, and communicate the order to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
