JUDGMENT
The petitioner claims to be the owner of an extent of 7.08 Ares of land covered by Ext.P1, which was recorded as paddy land in Ext.P2 Register. The petitioner's request in Form No.9 of Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Rules for permission to utilize the land held by her for other purposes stands allowed by Ext.P4 dated 19.05.2021. The petitioner prays for a direction to the respondents to make consequential corrections based on Ext.P4 order in the Thandaper account and Basic Tax Register with respect to the property in question as 'purayidam'.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of WP(C) NO. 14322 OF 2022 3 passing of Ext.P4 order, there will be a direction to the respondents to make consequential corrections pursuant to Ext.P4 on the petitioner satisfying the requirements for the same within the outer time limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Respondents shall also hear the petitioner in case they need any clarification from the petitioner.
This writ petition is disposed of.
