JUDGMENT
Dated this the 20th day of October, 2021 The petitioners are the employees of erstwhile Attapady Hill Area Development Society (AHADS). The petitioners, lost their employment when AHADS was taken over. They moved this Court and by virtue of Ext.P1 judgment, a direction was issued for consideration of absorption of them into Government Service. Ext.P6 is the representation submitted by the petitioners before the second respondent, requesting consideration of their grievance of not being absorbed into Government Service. The grievance of the petitioners is that inspite of considerable delay, Ext.P6 representation has not been taken up and considered by the second respondent.
2. After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent, WP(C) NO. 22304 OF 2021 4 Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA), Sri. V. A. Muhammed, I am inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the threshold, by directing the second respondent to take up, consider and dispose of on merits, Ext.P6 representation, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
