We have interacted with all the parties and had given them an opportunity of talking to each other; but Smt.Suvarna is unequivocal that she is not under illegal detention and that she is living with Sri.Sarankuttan on her own free will.

In the afore circumstances, and since we are certain that Smt.Suvarna has not been illegally detained by anyone, we can only close this writ petition and set Smt.Suvarna at liberty, which we hereby do.
