                         JUDGMENT

~~~~~~~~~ Dated this the 2nd day of June, 2021 The writ petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to clear the overdue amounts towards the loan account bearing Home Loan a/c No.50429519529 in a phased manner and direct the respondent Bank to regularise the home loan account of the petitioner in the interest of justice.

2. When this writ petition came up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel representing the respondent submitted that the petitioner has made certain remittances and the loan account has already been regularised.

In the circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
