JUDGMENT
According to the petitioner, her appointment as HSA (Maths) from 03.06.2013 in the 5th respondent School was approved by the DEO on 05.07.2016, but salary for the period from 03.06.2013 to 30.06.2016 has not been paid. Seeking disbursement of the same, the petitioner has filed Ext.P8 revision before the first respondent. The petitioner confines her relief for an expeditious consideration of the revision.
2. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 revision petition after hearing the W. P. (C) No.11677 of 2021 -: 2 :- petitioner and the 5th respondent, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
