          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
          affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
          operation and implementation of the Judgment dated 10.02.2021 in
          E.I.C.No.10/2017         passed   by    the   E.I.Court,Kozhikode,pending
          disposal of the above appeal.
          This       Application   coming    on   for   orders   upon    perusing   the
          application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon
          hearing the arguments of M/S ADARSH KUMAR and SHASHANK DEVAN,
          Advocates for the applicant, the court passed the following:
                                             ORDER

There shall be an interim stay of operation and impelmentation of the Order dated 10.02.2021 in E.I.C.No.10/2017 passed by the Employees' Insurance Court,Kozhikode for a period of one month.
