Dated this the 8th day of January, 2021 This review petition is filed to review the judgment in RSA No.1076 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. After going through the impugned judgment and the grounds raised in the memorandum of review petition, I do not find any error apparent on the face of record in the impugned judgment. Hence, the review petition is without any merits and it is consequently dismissed.
