The petitioner is before this Court seeking early disposal of original petition filed before the Family Court Ottapalam in the year 2019, for divorce. The ground raised by the petitioner is that the respondent is paralyzed and is unable to look after his children. Both the minor children are in his custody and he has only his aged parents. His contention is that he has to get married immediately. We do not think that the same is a valid ground and no positive direction can be issued. The original petition is dismissed inlimine.
