JUDGMENT
Dated this the 8th day of January 2021 The petitioner has filed this writ petition aggrieved by the denial of the Police Clearance Certificate. It is stated that, he is working in AIAPSL at Nedumbassery. At the same time it is also stated that, he is the 28th accused in Crime No.636/2018 of Aluva West Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 353 r/w Section 149 of IPC.
2. As the request of the petitioner is for a Clearance Certificate and admittedly there is a crime pending against him, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a certificate endorsing pendency of the crime in the said certificate, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
