JUDGMENT
Dated this the 4th day of January 2021 The petitioner herein has submitted Exhibit P4 application for temporary permit. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the application is not being taken up for consideration.
Having considered the limited prayer sought by the petitioner herein, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition itself with a direction to the first respondent to place the application before the RTA for consideration, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
