THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON

WP(C).No.21894 OF 2020

JUDGMENT
Dated this the 4th day of January 2021 The grievance of the writ petitioner who retired from the K.S.R.T.C on 31.01.2019 on attaining the age of superannuation is that, he has been denied the arrears of salary legally due to him. It seems that, the payment is delayed by the K.S.R.T.C on the ground of financial difficulties.
Having heard both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition itself with a direction to the third respondent to forward the bills as expeditiously as possible to the first respondent, at any rate with in one month from today, who shall, thereupon pay the entire eligible arrears within a period of two months thereafter.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
