                                   JUDGMENT

Dated this the 7th day of January 2021 The grievance of the petitioner, which is a Co-operative Society, is that A.R.C.No.3643/2016 filed by the society against the second respondent herein is pending since long. According to the petitioner society, huge amount of Rs.51,70,869/- with future interest is due from the second respondent. It is also stated that, they have filed the proof affidavit along with the documents.

2. In the light of the limited prayer sought by the petitioner,I do not feel that notice to the second respondent is required.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to take up and consider A.R.C.No.3643/2016 on merits, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
