JUDGMENT
Dated this the 7th day of January 2021 After arguing this matter for some time and on being confronted by the learned standing counsel for the Bank, Sri.Jawahar Jose, that this writ petition does not disclose the factum of the petitioner having approached this Court at least seven times earlier, Sri.P.P.Biju, the learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission to withdraw this writ petition, so as to enable his client to invoke his alternative statutory remedy.
In the afore circumstances, this writ petition will stand dismissed as having been withdrawn, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to invoke his alternate statutory remedy.
