                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 7th day of January 2021 Petitioner herein has taken, on licence, few shop rooms in the KSRTC shopping complex, Payyannur. According to the petitioner, he proposed to surrender the shop rooms and to seek return of the advance paid. In the meanwhile, Ext.P12 notice has been issued.

2. When the mater was taken up, Adv.P.C.Chacko, the learned Standing Counsel for the KSRTC, submitted that petitioner has filed Ext.P13 representation which can be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders be passed .

3. Having considered the above, I am inclined to direct the first respondent to take up and consider Ext.P13 representation, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. In the meanwhile, coercive steps in the light of Ext.P12 shall not be initiated.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
