                          JUDGMENT

Dated this the 7th day of January 2021 The petitioner claims that her property comprised in Sy.No. 236/19B of North Parur Village is not included in the data bank. She seeks reassessment of the land.

2. Admittedly, the land as per the Basic Tax Register is "Nilam". If the petitioner has a case that the land is an unnotified land, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the 1 st respondent - the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) with Sec.27A application in Form 6 under the Kerala Conservation of the Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, it shall be taken into logical conclusion by RDO within a period of three months of receipt of such application.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
