ORDER
Dated this the 7th day of January 2021 The review petition is filed by the writ petitioner. The matter is relating to the change of ownership of a building. This Court directed the Panchayat Committee to take a decision in the matter.
2. Now it is submitted in the review petition that the dispute is pending before the family Court and therefore, the Panchayat cannot take a decision. It is for the petitioner to urge all these contentions before the Panchayat, including pendency of the dispute before the family court. The Panchayat Committee shall take an appropriate decision in the matter, after adverting to the dispute.
Clarifying the judgment as above, the review petition is disposed of.
