Heard the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner.
2. The Revision Petitioner is the tenant who is sought to be evicted in R.C.P.No.2 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Rent Control Court, Kottayam. The learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that, he is in possession of the building and he is not aggrieved by the impugned judgment of the Additional Rent Control Appellate Authority-1, Kottayam. The Revision Petitioner submitted in the light of the above fact, that the matter has become infructuous.
Hence, the above Rent Control Revision is dismissed as infructuous.
