JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition concerns Ext.P11 decision taken by the third respondent Panachayat on the application preferred by the petitioner for renewal of the licence for operating the quarry referred to in the writ petition.
2. Today, when this matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the third respondent Grama Panchayat submitted, on instructions, that the licence granted to the petitioner for operating the quarry has been renewed by the Panchayat.
In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the writ petition is accordingly, closed.
