                                  JUDGMENT

This is a claim petition filed by the Official Liquidator, seeking a decree against the respondents for a sum of Rs.6,977/-(Rupees six thousand nine hundred and seventy seven only) together with the interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of default i.e. 16.03.2000, till the date of decree and thereafter at the rate of 12%, in respect of Kuri No.SNS/HACV56-7.

2. A statement has been filed by the claimant/Official Liquidator, as per which the 1st respondent has remitted a sum of Rs.24,061/-(Rupees twenty four thousand and sixty one only) by Receipt No.12551 on 12.08.2000 with the Official Liquidator towards the amount due to the company in liquidation in the said kuri. As per the said statement the remittance made by the 1st respondent is sufficient to satisfy the claim amount.

In such circumstances, based on the said statement filed by the claimant/Official Liquidator, this company claim is closed, recording full satisfaction.
