                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of January 2021 The limited prayer sought by the petitioner herein is that, Ext.P2 representation submitted by the writ petitioner seeking the benefit of continuous service for the last 20 years as a sweeper, has not been taken up and decision passed.

2. Having considered the limited prayer sought by the petitioner , I feel that notice to respondents need not be issued.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if Ext.P2 has not been disposed of by now, the first respondent shall take up and consider Ext.P2 representation, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, Sd/-
