JUDGMENT
Dated this the 4th day of January 2021 Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Travancore Devaswom Board.
2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has preferred Ext.P8 representation before the Board seeking retrospective promotions to the post of Assistant Engineer and the further promotions and fixations of pay.
3. I am of the opinion that it is for the respondents to take an appropriate decision on Ext.P8 representation. There will accordingly a direction to the first respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation preferred by the petitioner, after hearing the petitioner also, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
