                                    JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of January 2021 The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents on Ext.P4 application submitted by him for renewal of Forest Contractor license. It is stated that the petitioner was granted A Class license in the year 2018 and he had submitted his application in December 2019 itself for renewal. According to him no information was given to him with respect to any rejection of such application. He has again submitted another application Ext.P4 on 07.11.2020 for renewal.

2. The learned Standing Counsel submits that Ext.P4 application can be considered on merits and orders would be passed in accordance with law in the light of the judgment dated 28.09.2020 in WP(C) No.11854 of 2020.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P4 application in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of one week.
