ORDER
The petitioner-wife seeks for transfer of O.P.No.1763/2019 pending on the files of the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha.
2. Inspite of service of notice on the respondent- husband, there is no appearance.
3. The petitioner is presently residing at Aluva. The petitioner is unemployed and does not have any source of income. The Family Court at Thiruvananthapuram is stated to be more than 200kms away. The petitioner has filed M.C.No.56/2020 before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha against the respondent seeking maintenance, which is pending. In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that the transfer as sought for can be granted.
In the result, the transfer petition is allowed. O.P. No.1763/2019 pending on the files of the Family Court, 3 Tr.P(C).No.240 OF 2020 Thiruvananthapuram will stand withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha.
