                                     JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of January 2021 The petitioner approached the Local Level Monitoring Committee, Vengola to remove her land described in the application from the data bank. According to the petitioner, the land belonging to her comprised in Re-survey No.217/9/2 is a dry land and therefore, inclusion in the data bank is not correct.

2. Taking note of the pendency of the application made by the petitioner before the Local Level Monitoring Committee, it is appropriate to direct the Local Level Monitoring Committee to consider and pass orders on the application after conducting an inspection and notice to the petitioner, within a period of three months.

3. In view of the above direction, the application before the third respondent under Form-5 need to be considered only if the Local Level Monitoring Committee declines the petitioner's request. In the event, the WP(C).No.250/2021 3 Local Level Monitoring Committee declines, the third respondent shall consider Form-5 application after adverting to the decision of the Local Level Monitoring Committee.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
