                                   JUDGMENT

Dated this the 5th day of January 2021 The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Revenue Divisional Officer on Ext.P4 complaint regarding contamination of drinking water. It is stated that Ext.P4 complaint was submitted as early as on 05.11.2019.

2. I heard the learned Government Pleader also. Since it is seen that Ext.P4 application has been received in the office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, there shall be a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer to consider Ext.P4 complaint after conducting a site inspection and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 3 rd respondent and after getting reports from the competent authorities within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the Writ Petition also along with the copy of the judgment.
