                                  JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is stated to be an employee of the 6 th respondent, who is having an establishment at Dubai, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 1 to 5 to grant effective and adequate police protection to the life and property of the petitioner from the forceful illegal actions of the 6 th respondent and his men and to direct respondents 1 to 5 to consider Ext.P1 to P5 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

2. On 06.11.2020, when this writ petition came up for admission, this Court issued notice before admission to respondents. The learned Government Pleader took notice for respondents 1 to 5 and sought time to get instructions. Urgent notice by speed post was ordered to the 6th respondent.

3. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner do not want to prosecute this writ petition further and the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Recording aforesaid submission made by Sri.Ajith M. W.P.(C) No.23827 OF 2020(C) 3 Karicode, the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
