JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is stated to be the title holder of 22 cents of land in Vadakkekkara Village, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding 1st and 2nd respondents, not interfere and harass the petitioner for settling a civil dispute, which is pending consideration before the Civil Court.
2. On 20.10.2020, when this writ petition came up for admission, this Court issued notice before admission to the respondents. The learned Government Pleader took notice for respondents 1 and 2. Urgent notice by speed post was issued to the respondents 3 to 5.
3. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner do not want to prosecute this writ petition further and therefore this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Recording aforesaid submission made by Sri.K.V. Vinod, the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
