The alleged detenue is produced before us by the 4th respondent, the father. Petitioner is also present. We have interacted with the alleged detenue, who submits that, though she had a relationship with the petitioner, as of now, she does not want to continue it. The 'subject' also submits that she is not under any illegal detention and it is on her free will she is residing with her parents. In such circumstances, we do not find any reason to keep the matter pending. The certificates of the subject which are with the petitioner is handed back to the 4 th respondent and the 'subject' and 4th respondent has verified that all the certificates are returned by the petitioner.
In such circumstances, the W.P(Crl) is closed.
