                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 4th day of January 2021 The petitioner approached this Court for release of the vehicle, which was seized for the alleged violation of provisions of the Kerala Minerals (Prevention of illegal Mining, Storage and transportation) Rules, 2015. This writ petition was filed on 12.04.2018. Pending writ petition, the vehicle was released on 4.05.2018 on composition of offence.

In such circumstances, nothing further survives in this writ petition. Recording the submission as above, this writ petition is disposed of.
