                                JUDGMENT

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 application in the light of Ext.P2, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. If due to any reason, RTA meeting could not be convened, the authority may consider taking decision on the application for variation by invoking Rule 130 of the Kerala Motor vehicles Rules.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
