Cont.Case(C).No.897 of 2012
----------------------------------------------
Dated this the 13th day of July, 2012
J U D G M E N T
Shri G. Biju, the learned standing counsel for the respondent has handed over to me today a copy of proceedings No.R.O.C.8460/11/Mis.C. dtd 02.07.2012 of the Devaswom Commissioner, issued after considering the entitlement of the petitioner to be granted the transfer that was sought for. According to the counsel, the petitioner's appeal had been considered earlier and her request was directed to be considered at the time of General Transfer for the year 2012-13. Accordingly the matter has been considered again and the present proceedings dated 02.07.2012 has been issued.
Since the direction issued by this Court has been complied with as noticed above, no further action is necessary to be initiated in this contempt case. The same is accordingly closed.
K.SURENDRA MOHAN, JUDGE kkj
