2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.1-University to permit the petitioner to write exams for third year Bachelor of Physiotherapy course by considering the representation dated 14th February, 2026 (Annexure-F).

NC: 2026:KHC:17259 WP NO.9641 OF 2026 HC-KAR
4. Sri. T.N. Vishwanatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner argued that, in view of issuing of Notification dated 23rd February, 2026 (Annexure-E) by the respondent No.1-University for online filling of application with payment of fees for taking examination and as the last date with fine of Rs.100/- is stipulated on 26th March, 2026, there is an urgency in the matter. Accordingly, he sought for interference of this Court.
5. Per contra, Sri. B.S. Sachin, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1-University opposed the petition on the ground that the petitioner is not entitled for relief as the petitioner has joined the course in the year-2016 and as such, as there is modification of the notification issued by the respondent No.1-Uniersity, the case of the petitioner cannot be considered.
6. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal the Notification dated 23rd February, 2026 (Annexure-E), the same would indicate that the respondent No.1-University issued notification for online filling of Application form and Fee -4- NC: 2026:KHC:17259 WP NO.9641 OF 2026 HC-KAR payment schedule for supplementary examination during May/June-2026 for conducting examination of Physiotherapy (UG and PG), the respondent No.1-Unieversity is directed consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14th February, 2026 (Annexure-F) at the earliest, in any event, within an outer limit of one week from today and outcome of the same be made known to the petitioner.
7. In the event, if the respondent No.1-Unieversity positively acceded to the prayer sought for by the petitioner at representation dated 14th February, 2026 (Annexure-F), the respondent No.1-Univeristy shall permit the petitioner to take ensuing examination. It is made clear that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
