Sri.Lingaraj Maradi., counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Raghavendra A.Purohit., counsel for the respondent have appeared in person.
Sri.S.S.Gurikar., - the respondent is physically present before the Court and he has been duly identified by his counsel.
Counsel for the respective parties jointly submits that the petitioner and the respondent have amicably resolved the dispute and accordingly, they have filed a compromise petition. They submit that the compromise petition may be placed on record and the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Compromise Petition.
When queried by the Court, they submit that they have taken a conscious decision to settle the matter and if an order is passed, they shall not seek for recalling the order.
The oral submission made by the respective parties and the Compromise Petition is placed on record. -3-
NC: 2026:KHC-D:4106 WP No. 105218 of 2025 HC-KAR The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Compromise Petition.
In view of disposal of the Writ Petition in terms of the Compromise Petition, the award dated:20.12.2014 passed by the Court of Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Bagalkote vide Annexure-B is modified in terms of Compromise Petition.
