2. Though the petition is listed for preliminary hearing, with consent, it is heard finally. -2-

3. The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
"a. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction to the Respondent to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 16.06.2025 vide Annexure-C and to furnish the status of the Appeal in RTS/AP/I/44/2013-14.
b. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent to forthwith pass appropriate orders in Appeal No.RTS/AP/I/44/2013-14, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the event no order has been passed till date.
c. Issue any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity."
4. The petitioner's grievance is that he has filed an appeal before the Assistant Commissioner. However, there is no information about the case as to whether it is disposed of or rejected as of today. Hence, he has submitted representation dated 16.06.2025 vide Annexure-C. His grievance is that the same has not been considered as of today.
5. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed.
6. The oral submission made by AGA is placed on record.

7. Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, mandamus is ordered directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 16.06.2025 within four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with the law, if not considered as of today.
8. With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. Needless to observe that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
