Sri.Venkatarao N.Deshmukh., counsel on behalf of Sri.Aravind D.Kulkarni., for the petitioner has appeared in person.
2. The petition is filed seeking following reliefs:
i) Issue any Writ or order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representations produced Annexure-C and E for transfer the shop No.4947 situated in Neharu Marked, Dharwad in the name of Petitioner;
ii) Issue directions to the Respondents to remove the seal put on the shop No.4947 situated in Neharu Marked, Dharwad and allow the Petitioner to run his business;
iii) Grant such other relief's this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of this case, with costs.
3. Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner is running the business as of today.
4. The oral submission is placed on record. A Mandamus is ordered directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation vide Annexures-C and E in accordance with the -3- NC: 2026:KHC-D:4070 WP No. 114392 of 2019 HC-KAR law, within four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
